Today I am sharing a great product with you guys, which I purchased at the last moment to finish up all the change I was carrying at Heathrow airport. The product did turn out to be a wonderful product, much more than what I had expected of it at that time. In fact, I now regret that it is not available in India and that I just picked up one.
The product is Nivea Daily Essentials Extra Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover with a very simple packaging and basic design. But the product inside is just so amazing, just like miceller water, in fact for me it is better than that ('cause miceller water was too gentle for my eye makeup on more than one occasion, lol).
Price: GBP 3.49 for 125 ml of the product (around INR 350 prices may have increased)

Initially bought as a spur of the moment product to finish up my change has infact changed my eye makeup removal routine completely. The product is just like miceller water (if you may know), but has worked better for me in terms of makeup removal.
It has a fairly common dispenser for dispensing the wonderful remover with which I saturate my The Body Shop cotton pads and it is enough to remove my complete eye makeup, water proof mascara and all for both eyes in one go. However with miceller water (I have used Bioderma, I havd to use two saturated cotton pads and still some more was always required). May be miceller water is even more gentle, but for me this one takes the cake 'cause it makes my job easier and quicker.
It has a faint and pleasent smell, which I generaaly associate with products from Nivea and it is sos, so, so gentle on my eye area, simply no tugging, scratching, rubbing required. Just place the cotton pad for 10 seconds and wipe of gently all your eye makeup. It is that effective, period.
Further, I have used it to remove some matte lipsticks, which come off just very easily with this and take ages with my other makeup removers. Though be careful to not let the product inside your mouth, to prevent the bitter aftertaste.
I have used it to remove all kinds of eyemakeup, stubborn kajals, mascaras, water proof and long lasting eyeliners and it removes all of them with minimal effort and yes no stinging. You know what I am saying, if you return at three in the morning and want to hit the sack right away but have this burning sensation in your eyes due to some product you used for makeup removal... But this one right here, did all the removing without any stinging, burning, redness, or any other reaction you might be hoping for. In fact sometimes, I feel that it is more gentle than water itself. Yes, you have to use it to believe it!
Overall, a product par excellence and now I have to scout for this product whenever I am on any duty free.
