Fuji Green Tea Shower Gel from The Body Shop Review, Photos

Hello beauties,

Wishing all of you and your loved ones a very "HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018". I am starting off the new year with a promise of changing my lifestyle to include products which are environment friendly and promote a cleaner, healthier habitat for all of us!

In keeping with the theme I am reviewing today a product from The Body Shop, which I recently purchased. The product is Fuji Green Tea Shower Gel. Read on to know about my experience with the product...

Price: INR 345 for 250 ml of the product.

Ingredient list:

The dispensing cap:

The Fuji Green Tea Shower Gel is a clear, slightly viscous thick fluid. The smell is fresh, subtle and simply amazing. It doesn't linger for long after shower though. I personally would have liked the fragrance to linger a bit...

The Gel lathers up quiet well and a little amount goes a long way. I have been using this gel for over a month now and I have used up only 1/3 of the product. So, this bottle would easily last for a good 3 months. Considering the price, I would say that it is great value for money.

The gel does not dry up my skin even in this cold weather. If I am running short of time, I sometimes skip my body oil/lotion and my skin seems just fine for the day. For the upcoming summer months it would be a great addition, as I don't prefer using any body lotions during summers.

The only downside to this great product is the use of SLS as one of the ingredients. Considering The Body Shop being a vegan and humanitarian brand, I regret the use of SLS in otherwise a great product. And as I mentioned in the beginning of the post, this might be one of the major reasons for me to not repurchase the product.

Overall, a good shower gel, I just hope it was SLS free! And that's the only reason I will not repurchase this otherwise great product.

Hvae you used the Fuji Green Tea Shower Gel? Do let me know your experience in the comments section below.

See ya...
